A strange incident took place at the Civil Hospital in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, when Baloch protestors forcibly entered the hospital and ran away with many dead bodies. The incident took place during a demonstration by the Baloch Yekahti Committee (BYC), an organization led by controversial Baloch rights activist Mahrang Baloch.

These protesters were the family members of the missing persons, who were asking the authorities for permission to identify their loved ones. However, officials said that the protesters entered the mortuary without permission and forcibly took away the five bodies. It is not yet clear whether the bodies were identified or not, but according to the local administration, these bodies belonged to the militants of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), who recently attacked the Jafar Express in Bolan.

The issue of missing persons in Balochistan is a sensitive issue, and Pakistan’s military and government policies have been criticized for it. The activities of Mahrang Baloch are being closely monitored by the government and the role of his organization is also being investigated.

Baloch rights activist Mahrang Baloch is leading this entire movement. His organization Baloch Solidarity Committee (BYC) is active on the issue of missing persons in Balochistan. According to sources, Mahrang Baloch and BYC are accused of colluding with the BLA, and the Pakistan government is investigating their role.

According to the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), these protesters went to the hospital to see the bodies to ensure that they were not those of their loved ones. A BYC member said that they had been trying to reach the mortuary for two days but were not being allowed by the police. Following the incident, the police launched raids in various parts of Quetta. Three bodies were recovered during the raids in areas like Sariab Road and Secretariat Chowk, and several people were detained.

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) is a banned militant group active in the Balochistan region of Pakistan. Recently, this group attacked the Jaffar Express passenger train, in which many people lost their lives. After this, many rebels were killed in military action. After this incident, the bodies belonging to BLA were brought to the Civil Hospital in Quetta. Protesters gathered outside the hospital and demanded the identification of the missing persons, but the situation went out of control when the protesters forcibly entered the morgue of the hospital and took away five bodies with them.
