On July 20, 2025, after meeting Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab president and cabinet minister Aman Arora, the party rejected Anmol Gagan Mann’s resignation. MLA and former minister from Kharar Anmol Gagan Mann had announced her resignation from the Vidhan Sabha and politics on July 19, 2025, which created a stir in Punjab politics. She had written on social media that her mind is heavy, but She is leaving politics and has submitted her resignation to the Vidhan Sabha Speaker.
Aman Arora shared information on social media today that after a meeting in a family atmosphere, Anmol has accepted the decision of the party and Arvind Kejriwal to reject the resignation. He also said that Anmol Gagan Mann was, is and will remain a part of the family of AAP and Arvind Kejriwal, and they will continue to work together for the betterment of the party and the Kharar constituency.
Aman Arora had earlier commented on Anmol’s resignation and said that Anmol is like a younger sister to him and if there is any issue, they will sit together and discuss it. He said that he does not think that Anmol had any grudge against the party.
Anmol Gagan Mann also confirmed by posting on social media that She has accepted the decision of Aman Arora and the party. Thus, after the rejection of Anmol Gagan Mann’s resignation, She will continue as an MLA and will remain associated with the party.
