Iran-Israel Conflict: Iran hits Israel with air strikes after nuclear site attacks.

Iran-Israel Conflict: Shoot's Down 2 Israel’s Planes, Talk Of Israeli PM Leaving The Country

Update on Iran-Israel Conflict: Iran shot down two Israeli F-35 fighter jets, capturing a female pilot, according to Iranian state media and sources including Tasnim News Agency and Press TV.

The report was made by Iranian media on June 14, 2025. It also mentioned the alleged downing of a third Israeli F-35. The pilot is being investigated.

However, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have rejected these claims. Israeli spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani has called them “fake news” and claimed that all Israeli military aircraft and personnel returned safely after the strike on Iran.

No independent evidence, such as debris or verified images, has been presented so far to confirm Iran’s claims, and the narrative appears to be part of Iran’s attempt to project power during the ongoing conflict.

Regarding the claim that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has left the country, posts on social media since June 14, 2025 allege that he fled to Greece due to the IDF’s inability to protect him.

These claims lack confirmation from credible sources and appear to stem from unverified social media speculation, perhaps amplified as propaganda. No mainstream or official reports confirm Netanyahu’s departure from Israel at the time of publication.

Instead, reports indicate that he was actively involved in overseeing Israeli military operations, including Operation Rising Sun, which targeted Iran’s nuclear and military infrastructure since June 13, 2025.

The broader context includes the escalating conflict, in which Israel carried out large-scale attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities, including Natanz, and military targets, killing senior commanders and scientists.

Iran retaliated by launching missile barrages at Israel, killing at least three and wounding dozens. The situation in the Middle East remains volatile. Both sides are exchanging threats and international calls for de-escalation.
