Meanwhile, AAP MLA from Sanaur Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra was suddenly seen giving statements to various media houses. Pathanmajra blamed Drainage Department Secretary Krishan Kumar for the floods and (Kejriwal and his associates were interfering in every matter of the Punjab) indirectly claimed that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was a dummy Chief Minister.
Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra shown in his statements as he had stood up for the people of Punjab and the region against the government and the high command, meanwhile on September 1, Pathanmajra claimed that the Punjab government had also removed his security as a reward for speaking the truth.
During this controversy, a new revelation came out on September 2 which was enough to bring the truth behind the rebellion and drama committed by Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra. In fact, a woman from Zirakpur (who was Pathanmajra’s ex-wife or in a live-in relationship) had made serious allegations against Pathanmajra.
Apart from this, an obscene video of Pathanmajra also surfaced in the year 2022. This matter is being said to be under consideration in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The woman recently filed a case of sexual harassment and cheating (the date of which is unclear) against Pathanmajra.
On September 2, Pathanmajra, who was hiding in a relative’s house in Karnal district (Dabri village) of Haryana, was arrested by Patiala Police in collaboration with Haryana Police.
The police claimed that some time after the arrest, Pathanmajra along with his accomplices attacked police party near Karnal and escaped in a Scorpio and Fortuner. According to the police claim, Fortuner and Balwinder Singh were arrested and Fortuner’s four weapons were recovered.
Pathanmajra lawyer Simranjit Singh Saggu described the action as political vendetta and said it was a result of his statements on the floods.
