The relationship between a 23-year-old tutor and a 13-year-old student in Surat, Gujarat has created a stir. Both of them fled after the teacher became pregnant. The police have arrested both of them and registered a case under the POCSO Act.
A shocking sensational news has come out from Surat, Gujarat. A teacher who is given a status higher than parents and God, has eloped with her student. The most shocking thing is that the student with whom the 23-year-old teacher has eloped is only 13 years old.
Now another shocking thing that has come to light is that the teacher had an illegal physical relationship with the 13-year-old student due to which she became pregnant and due to this both of them eloped. Now the confession of the student has come out. After four days of hard work, Gujarat Police has arrested them.
Illegal relationship with a 13 year old student News has come from Surat, Gujarat that a 13 year old student eloped with a 23 year old tuition teacher. When the police was informed about this, they started searching for both of them and after 4 days of search, they got success.
They have been arrested. What the teacher revealed after being questioned by the police was shocking, she told that she and that boy had an illicit physical relationship.
The police arrested the teacher, who was running away with the boy, from a bus near Shamlaji in Banaskantha district, situated near the Rajasthan-Gujarat border, when they were trying to change their location.
To escape from the police, the girl had switched off her mobile phone, however, the other mobile phone she had was switched on, by tracking which the police found them.
Police investigation revealed that the woman was physically abusing the minor child and the two had physical relations several times. The boy has also admitted to having a relationship between the two.
After which the police registered a case against the accused woman under sections of kidnapping and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act and arrested her.
The police said that the accused woman is employed in a government primary school and was teaching tuition to the minor student at her home for the last three years. Both of them live on different floors of an apartment located in ‘Parvat Patia’ area of Surat.
While the woman lives on the third floor, the boy’s family lives on the second floor. The student’s family is from Rajasthan, while the teacher is from Mehsana district of Gujarat.
Regarding the case, Surat Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Bhagirath Singh Gadhvi said,
‘When we questioned the teacher during the investigation, she admitted to having physical relations with the boy.
We have registered a case under kidnapping as well as POCSO Act.’ The police have said that medical examination of both the teacher and the student will be done.
Both of them went missing from their house on 25 April. The boy’s father had alleged in his complaint that his son had gone missing with his tuition teacher, who lives in the same society.
After this, when the police examined the CCTV footage of the society, it was confirmed that the teacher had taken the boy with her.
After this, the police started searching for them and on 30 April, i.e. early Wednesday, both of them were caught from a bus near the Rajasthan border. Both of them were travelling in a bus going to Ahmedabad.
The police said that after leaving Surat on 25 April, both of them reached Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi and then Vrindavan. During this time they stayed in Jaipur for two nights.
However, after this the police caught them from Gujarat near the Rajasthan border. According to the information received, after leaving Surat, both of them first reached Vadodara, where they stayed in a guest house.
The next day both of them reached Ahmedabad by bus, where they spent some time at the Kankaria pond. After this, they left for Jaipur by sleeper bus at night.
On April 27, both of them visited the tourist places of Jaipur. After this, they reached Delhi in the night by sleeper coach bus and then from there reached Vrindavan.

After this, they returned to Jaipur again on April 29, where they caught a bus for Ahmedabad on Tuesday evening. After this, the police found them in the early hours of Wednesday.
