SNPNEWS.IN News (Gurmail Kamboj): Israel America Iran war (which started after America attacked Iran on February 28) An agreement was reached between America and Iran this morning (after the mediation of Pakistan and China) to stop the war for 14 days, after which the White House and the Iranian Foreign Ministry agreed to the ceasefire, but the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement saying that we are unable to fully accept the ceasefire agreement and are ready to stop attacks on Iran, but will continue its operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
For the last 19 hours, a comfortable atmosphere seems to be forming between America and Iran, but Israel has continued its attacks on Lebanon. Israel launched airstrikes on more than 100 targets in Lebanon in just 10 minutes today. The Israeli operation is being seen as the largest bombing in the conflict. According to Lebanese officials and hospitals, several people have been killed and hundreds injured. Some reports put the death toll at 80-100, with hospitals overwhelmed and many people trapped under rubble.
The Israeli IDF attacked the Lebanese capital Beirut and the Tyre region, Siddiqin, al-Hosh, Markey and other locations, cutting off traffic. There are also reports of Israeli attacks on bridges over the Litani River in an attempt to cut off the south from the rest of Lebanon. According to the Lebanese Health Ministry, at least 89 people were killed and more than 700 (up to 722) were injured in today’s attacks.

Israel has justified the bombing as a continuation of its campaign against Hezbollah in Lebanon, and has made it clear that the US-Iran ceasefire does not include Lebanon. According to Lebanese officials and hospitals, people have been killed and hundreds injured in today’s attacks. Some reports put the death toll at 80-100, with hospitals overwhelmed and many people trapped under rubble. This has further increased tensions in the region and has also prompted warnings of retaliation from Hezbollah.
According to Al Jazeera, Iran has again blocked the passage of oil tankers and other vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. The decision was taken in light of Israel’s ongoing heavy bombardment of Lebanon as a violation of the ceasefire.
Earlier this morning, one or two oil tankers were allowed to pass (immediately after the ceasefire), but this was stopped after the attacks in Lebanon.

Iranian officials have warned that traffic in the strait will be completely blocked unless Israel stops its attacks in Lebanon. Traffic is currently almost completely blocked. More than 400 oil tankers and other ships are parked on one side and waiting. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had said that traffic under the ceasefire would be monitored by the Iranian military, but now they are blocking it.
The White House (Caroline Leavitt) called the report “completely unacceptable” and said it was a violation of the ceasefire. They have demanded that Iran immediately open the traffic.
