President Donald Trump was safely evacuated after Suspicion shooting at the traditional event ‘White House Correspondents’ Dinner’.
SNPNEWS.IN News (International): After suspicious gunshots were heard at the ‘White House Correspondents’ Dinner’ held at the Washington Hilton Hotel, the presidential security team immediately evacuated US President Donald Trump. These suspicious shots were heard in the hotel’s ‘ballroom’ (dancing room). Actually, this is a traditional program that is organized every year, which aims to bring journalists, leaders and celebrities together.
According to the video released by the BBC, when Trump was seen talking at the Washington Hilton, his conversation stopped after there was a movement towards the White House table. After hearing what sounded like loud explosions, several members of the Secret Service escorted President Trump out of the event venue, shouting “get down, get down.”
Trump’s senior adviser Stephen Miller was also seen being escorted out of the crowd by security personnel. Others in the hall initially ducked during the commotion, but remained inside after the president was escorted out.

CBS News reported that the Secret Service removed President Trump and First Lady Melania from the stage. After they left, armed agents from the Counter Assault Team (CAT) were seen standing on the stage. During this, they had their long guns pointed towards the back of the room.
CBS reported that after some time, security personnel quickly escorted another guest to the front of the room. During this, they moved forward, crossing tables and empty chairs, while the guests lay on the floor.
The CAT team tore down the barricade And the person in the security cordon was immediately taken out.
However, after this whole incident, a spokesperson came and said that they would make an announcement soon and after that the dinner would continue. Trump’s first reaction after the above incident has come. He said that the attacker has been arrested.
Trump wrote on his Truth social platform, “The Secret Service and law enforcement agencies have done a fantastic job. They acted quickly and bravely.”
He said, “The attacker has been arrested and I have suggested that the program continue, but I will fully follow the instructions of law enforcement agencies.”
The US President also said that his evening today (Saturday) will no longer be as planned.
